Super Power Smoothie Recipe
Get your breakfast right with this power smoothie!
Ingredients
- 2handful fresh spinach
- 1 juicy mango
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 1/2tsp lemon zest
- 1/2cup nutsof your choice
- 1litre Water
- 4 dates
- 2stalks celery
- 1 banana
- 1 clementine
Instructions
- Blend the nuts and dates with the water until suuuper smooth, 2-3 min, then add the fruits and greens and blend some more until it's creamy!
